Haircut experience was good… but even before making the payment was being asked to tip! And when I mentioned I would be adding it in my card payment she asked me to pay in cash. Was forced to give more in cash because I needed change and she kept going on about how much she had done etc. I had to then add more $$. She did what anybody else would have done. So just for that experience not going here again!

Worst place ever to get haircut. Took my two boys 15 & 13 year old to get a haircut and they spent less than 4 minutes each on their haircut and it looked horrible. I was so furious how they completely ignored their haircut so I chose no tip while checking out and the two workers one guy and one girl came begging to us asking for tip that they don’t make money and blah blah but they don’t want to work properly. I forcibly had to give them $5.00 tip . Stupid place

I got a shampoo and condition, which I get all the time from different locations, and for the conditioning treatment you’re supposed to be put under the heat chair for 15 minutes. My shampoo and condition took 30 seconds. Then I asked for a hair trim, just the dead ends. She clarified about 2 inches I said yes, she sloppily cut my hair in 5 minutes. Didn’t make sure it was even, and cut way more than 2 inches. I felt like they were trying to rush me out of there, and they weren’t even busy.

Great clips is always good. We can check in online and don’t have to wait at the store. Once your haircut style is registered you don’t have to say it again when you visit next time( any location in US). Yes, it is there in the system at any location!
