Worst service and behavior to customer, I checked in online and the wait time was just 8 minutes, arrived there on time, but somebody was waiting there but not checked in, I was fine when they called them before me as I understood they were there before me, but barber continued to call people who came and checked in after me.. not sure why they did that.. I am never going to visit this location again…

Lady at this location when presented the continued savings card refused to turn it back and held it on the counter, saying uh uh uh it’s a one-time card. Asked her to check with other member of the staff. then finally was convinced that it’s a continued savings card. Then asked how long can I use it. please teach your staff to be courteous and be aware of the offers. I draw the dollars more at a location where my coupon is not disputed.

Critical: QualityMy experience here was horrible. My daughter and I both had haircuts with different stylists and both times we received terrible haircuts. One side of the hair being longer than the other side. I had to return to have my hair fixed. The stylist just wanted to quickly cut my hair and get rid of me!!!! Not have me sit down so that she can fix my hair properly. I was so upset ! Why not check that the hair is equal on both sides before letting a customer go!! Why force a customer to come back twice!!!! Is my time not as important! My experience here was horrible. My daughter and I both had haircuts with different stylists and both times we received terrible haircuts. One side of the hair being longer than the other side. I had my hair cut by Sunny. I showed her pictures of what I wanted on my phone, but the result I got was much shorter and not the style I was going for. I wanted a long layered lob, but I don’t think she understood what I wanted.

When we entered the premises masks were required. I asked them if they had a mask to provide me with because my mask fell on the floor. I was told the masks were $1.00. I didn’t mind paying a dollar but they should be provided to paying customers. The lady did a fantastic job on the haircut.
