I came in and this was the third time I had come in where I was not listened to on what I wanted. i don’t go get a hair cut often. I always try to give the people in my local community the benefit since it’s just a simple cut. But the lady here I do not remember her name from the anger to be honest. She was the lightest complexion there today but I ask her to keep my bob at a good length. I have curly hair so I know it will dry and be shorter. She cuts it above my chin for the longest section. If you’re not going to listen to your clients or you don’t know how to cut their hair please just say so. Noting that she did try to give me a 5 discount after I explained that she needs to listen to her clients. But I hope my 10$ tip makes you remember to do better instead of just chopping the hair without a care. Especially for some people their hair is a form of protection and as a stylist you should know and do better. Take it as a learning opportunity as I know my hair will grow back but that does not take the hurt I have to deal with and seeing the other comments it seems I’m not the first to have this issue. Which makes me regret even giving the tip …fortunately for her I know how it feels like when you have to work and depend on tips. I’m not about to put a fellow human at risk of their bills. But please I urge you to listen to your clients or retrain. This is not fair to the people that come in expecting a professional.

I’ve had a number of hairstylists, but have found that Michelle is the best, so now I always call to see when she is working. My husband took our teenage daughter to get a specific hairstyle and even showed the lady a photo. Instead of styling her hair, she cut off way too much of her hair. My daughter kept trying to tell her not to cut any because she wanted it styled only, but the lady kept telling my daughter to shush. My daughter is highly upset and we are fed up. I called to complain, but nothing changes with the same hairstylist who chooses to ignore the clients and mess up their hair. Don’t go here. The manager only says she will talk to the stylist as I have complained before about the same person. I only allowed my daughter to go back thinking things will be different. The said stylist should be fired for rudeness and incompetence. Until then we’re not returning. Please don’t go there, you’ll regret it.

This is seriously the worst place ever. I get it, sometimes you have to go to great clips when you absolutely need a haircut and everywhere else is closed. I have had pretty decent haircuts from great clips in other areas. But this location is the absolute worst. While my husband was getting a haircut he could tell that the lady was rushing and he told her to slow down and take her time so she doesn’t mess up, to which her response was “sorry I have too many customers today” like what lol. Never again y’all are the worst:)

The stylist used a razor to trim my daughter’s bangs. She shaved off half of one of her eyebrows. Asked her to not use the razor, she insisted she would do no damage. Bangs are uneven. Bang trim

The shop where I used to get my hair cut closed up because of the rent being raised. The guy who cut my hair never called me to let me know we’re he landed. I had to find a new hair cutter and I started reading the reviews and Emily’s name kept coming up in the good reviews. I went in a had Emily cut my hair. Those reviews were spot on about her. She was very pleasant and easy to talk to about how I wanted cut. Emily did a great job. Your loss Tommy.

I had gotten a haircut the last Saturday and needed to have the area above my ears trimmed a little bit shorter, so I tol the hair stylist that I needed “just” trim this area, her”Mina” response was that it needed to be blended also. I always get a haircut using a #2 guard, Mina continued to use a #1 guard, now once she started cutting the hair on the sides she also trimmed the top and gave me a new style of a haircut that I wouldn’t of asked for but once she started cutting there’s no going back( luckily My hair will grow back) then she said that she wasn’t going to charge me for the haircut but I needed to tip her instead. Never again!!
