I came in today to get mine and my daughters haircut. The lady that did my daughters haircut did absolutely amazing! However, the lady that did my haircut made my hair so uneven. I was slightly worried as I was leaving because it was the first time I wasn’t handed a mirror to check out the back of my head. I suppose it’s my fault for not asking. I get home just to be surprised from my mom and my sister saying that my hair is not even at all and the ends are very choppy. I’m hoping to be able to go elsewhere just to have it fixed. It is just very upsetting honestly.

I had called at 4 pm on Sunday and asked if they were accepting walk-ins since the online check-in wasn’t accepting any new people due to the wait and the fact that they close at 5 and was told yes. I drove from Covington, got there at 4:35 which is the time I had told the person on the phone I’d be arriving, and was told that due to the 45 minute wait time and the fact that they close at 5, they wouldn’t be able to see me. I was not told that over the phone when I asked if I could walk in at 4:35 and wasted my gas getting over there. I will not be returning due to poor customer service.

Always happy with the ladies cutting hair, their positive attitudes, and attention to customers… My only complaint is being charged an additional $16.00 for a beard trim without first being informed the cost when it was mentioned (And calling what I asked for a *trim* is an overstretched exaggeration at best). Still satisfied overall with the services rendered unto me when I need a haircut, but I’ll remember in the future that it’s ONLY a haircut I’ll need.

Went in for a wash and blow dry. The service was not good. I was charged $8 for shampoo and $25 for style which neither was properly done. I went back after speaking with someone and instead of offering a resolution I was I was told there is nothing they did wrong. Called and made a complaint. They replied and claimed I had cradle cap, glue in my hair and whatever else they could come up with. Finally a refund was offered. I will not recommend anyone or get service at this establishment again!!

I took my grandson in and he has a huge problem with the clippers and the stylist was patient as could be. It was right before closing time too. We ended up leaving the store and then coming right back in after 5pm and she was still very willing and helpful!
