if i could give it 0 stars i would. the asian lady cut my hair and after telling her my type of hair and how it works she didn’t even listen. cut my hair very abruptly and uneven and constantly commented on how it was tangled and dry. she barely combed it or anything before cutting it. horrible experience and i hate my haircut (which will take forever to grow out of).

I had very bad experience with the Asian lady who cut my hair ,dont think I will ever visit this location .My hair is fine that I know, she wanted to sell her product and entire time she cut my hair , she repeatedly commented about my fine hair and made me feel bad about it. It was a very bad experience .Worst experience ever , no humility and no regard for making the customer comfortable and at ease . Please avoid this location .

The asian lady at the front cut my hair and she repeatedly said my hair had too many split ends and that it looked bad. She also started the haircut very abruptly and didn’t even let me check after the cut. Very rude customer service will not be coming back.

Very rude hairdresser!.. She wouldn’t wait for few more seconds when me and my daughter were discussing about hair length, she asked us to sit aside and took next customer in straight. When I told her its not fair that she couldn’t wait for few more seconds to settle on length, she took y daughter in but pointed out dandruff in her hair and said she can’t cut, despite asking her to shampoo it. While others from the other Great Clips or other salon didn’t have problems, she had problems. she could have been more polite.! I liked another hair dresser who did for my son, very patient and great experience. Not this lady!
