Stylists at this Great Clips are always friendly and provide the exact cut I’m looking for. Clean salon and usually very little wait, if any. Seems like a fairly high turnover of stylists though. That hasn’t been too much of an issue, but don’t get too attached to any stylist, they might not be there the next time you visit. Haircut

Highly disappointed that 20 minutes to close with staff standing around, they refused to cut my hair. I was promptly told to come back tomorrow and that they were closed…sorry. Hmmmm… 5:40 pm, no one in the chair or waiting, and staff just talking standing around, including what seems to be the supervisor working the register. Biz must be good to turn away customers and revenue 20 minute yo close. My hair takes 15 minutes to cut. When asked if I would come back tomorrow, I replied “no thank you, I’ll be taking my business and my families’ business to Sports Clips on Winward Parkway.” They we’re obviously ok with it. Let me walk right out the door. Honestly, at that point, I wasn’t going to let an employee who wanted to bail out early cut my home. I’m sure it would have been a disaster. Oh well….

Been going there for years now and they have always done an excellent job. Now I take my son and he loves it. They are very accommodative when it comes to kids Also in case you like someone who did a good job then do ask for their name and get their schedule. That way you can plan your next haircut
