I have been a customer for years and I always went to another location and never had any problems. I was in Hilton head on vacation and decided to stop in and get a haircut I’m not gonna put the stylist name but my invoice #is 208305 this was the worst haircut I have ever had. The start with she never cleaned her clippers before cutting my hair she still had the same gard on it from the last person hair she cut and had there hair all over it so I said something but it was to late she already started cutting my hair. Then to make matters worse she kept asking me what I did for a living and I could tell she got mad when I wouldn’t tell her she kept making comments like I don’t need to know but that doesn’t mean I don’t want to it’s like she couldn’t let it go. And if that’s not bad enough I had to go to another stylist or salon and they had to use clippers to trying straighten my hair out so now my hair is 3 times shorter than I normally have it cut this was the worst haircut ever I will never make this mistake again it was so bad I will never go to another great clips or let my family go I’m done with great clips. I will also be emailing there corporate office and there ceo. The woman that cut my hair couldn’t qualify to be a dog groomer. For her to call herself a hair stylist is an insult to real hair stylists.

I have had some really good and really bad experiences at this shop. You just never know who’s going to be there from month to month. If you are looking for consistency and someone who remembers you and knows what you like.. this is not the place for you. On a positive note, it is usually pretty easy to get in with little advanced notification.

Absolutely awful. Very rude and acted irritated for interrupting her eat a snack at 4:30pm. Cut my hair to fast and knew she messed up, she did not show me the back of my hair once finished knowing if was awful. I am from out of town, I will never consider come again. Loy was an absolute Joy to work with. She did a gorgeous job on my hair.
