Employees are very friendly but can’t cut great. Second time going was trying to give them another chance. But have to say a very friendly atmosphere won’t go back. But not giving it a bad review because maybe your cut will be greater than mine

Walk-in service is great for spur of the moment haircuts. I got a great hair trim and I didn’t have too long of a wait.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueOkay so this might not mean a lot to some people but having depression takes so much away from someone (I promise, I’ll get to the point) and my hair wasn’t cut very good last time I ever got it cut. My hair had so many split ends and it was damaged so badly. It was hard to brush so I wouldn’t do it very much because depression has been terrible lately. It felt like straw at the ends and it was heavy. I believe her name was Ruth. She helped me feel so much better with a trim of my split ends and a face frame. She was so sweet and helpful. I left crying happy and relieved tears because it took so much stress off of my shoulders. My hair looks happy! And just the feeling of brushing my hair so effortlessly was perfect. Thank you Ruth so much for everything. It meant so much to me. Ruth was amazing and so sweet.Services: Haircut, Bang trimOkay so this might not mean a lot to some people but having depression takes so much away from someone (I promise, I’ll get to the point) and my hair wasn’t cut very good last time I ever got it cut. Showed up about 5 minutes before closing, and surprisingly none of the employees seemed annoyed. I used to be in the service industry, and I know how it can be. The stylist promptly sat me in a chair, I gave her some basic guidelines, and she nailed my haircut. I have been to several of the local Great Clip locations, and this particular store seems to have a well trained staff. She knocked out my haircut, and I was out the door in less than 10 mins. Pre-Covid, a fairly run of the mill haircut. This was def a Top 3 service experience post-Covid. It gave me hope that maybe one day we will get back to some semblance of speed and ease at which we all used to be able to accomplish these types of tasks with.

Critical: Professionalism, ValueMy husband got a haircut from this location today and the girl that did it absolutely butchered his neck. Not only did she do a bad job on the haircut and left patches of hair on his neck, she was clearly inexperienced and not ready to be cutting customers hair. She had to keep asking someone else where and how to fade his hair. I’m not usually one to post reviews like this because I understand that things happen. However, the cuts and bad razor burn all over his neck are NOT okay, at all. Critical: ProfessionalismDisappointed and discriminated against. Been going here for years until today. My son and I have gotten hair cuts here for about 7 years almost exclusively. Today when we came in we were immediately and rudely told we had to have masks on. Which I have been here before during the last 6 months without one and there was no issue. However, I calmly and politely told the stylist that I have medical conditions which probhit me from using face coverings. The stylist response was, you still have to have a mask, which I replied, there are exemptions in not only the local ordinances, but that also from the CDC which Great Clips says they follow on their website. As my son was getting a haircut from another stylist, the other stylist comes back from the back and informs me that she had just gotten off the phone with the owner and asked if I would hold a towel over my face, to which I asked if that was any different than a mask? She then proceeds to tell me that they are then refusing to provide me service regardless of my exemptions. She provided the locations owners contact number, who I promptly stepped outside and informed of the situation. The owner first said about the local ordinances, which I replied I had an exemption for, then she said store policy which I said followed CDC guidelines which I also said there were listed exemptions. It didn’t matter, she claimed that I would be posing a “direct threat” and I assured her that I was not presenting any symptoms therefore I should not be consider a “direct threat”. She still refused and I informed her on my unhappiness of the situation and informed her that I would be filling a complaint and sending her legal notice since there was no offer of reasonable accommodation that would be considered an undue hardship. Needless to say, the location has ruined my trust and faith in this brand and will no longer be frequenting any locations or recommending them to any others even after the pandemic is over. Great Clips, you should be better than this.Service: HairstylingDisappointed and discriminated against. Been going here for years until today. First time going here. I was impressed with the quick reception. The staff is friendly. They went above and beyond with the COVID 19 safety measures. My hair was four months past due for a cut, I showed them an old photo and asked if they could cut my hair that way. They said yes and one of the staff, goes by the name Cat, maybe spelled Kat, anyway she did a great job and I will be going back. Hopefully the next time I will have the same great review. Time will tell.

Great experience! I enjoyed the settle music playing as I waited for my haircut. My stylist Brittney did an amazing job and got my desired cut absolutely perfect, she even touched my beard up to make it look presentable. Renee was the woman who got me checked in, for which she was very pleasant and show great hospitality. Would recommend to all my friends and family!
