They only spray down your hair to cut it. Don’t expect them to style it when they’re done. I trusted that I could pop in for a trim between appointments with my regular stylist. I asked for 4 inches off the bottom, and left missing an additional 4 inches. Good thing I didn’t ask for bangs.
