This place used to be great, but not anymore. The staff are rude now (used to be so friendly!) and it’s always ridiculously busy. Like, a 175 minute wait??! For a basic haircut?! I mean…I know they have online check in, but come on. Also recently had a newer staff member cut my child’s hair and it was so bad, I had to even it up myself when we got home! The FINAL straw was this most recent visit when they were SUPER rude to my 5 year old and hurt his feelings. The look on my kids face…ouch. We will NOT be back. There are plenty of other places to get a haircut.

This place used to be great, but whoever is in there now is rude and disrespectful. I’ll never go there again. You just can’t treat people like that. Especially when they are a good customer and willing to pay. This place has turned into a joke. Can’t keep good people. I wouldn’t let the ones in there touch my hair with a 10 foot pole.

Booked online at 3:30 for haircuts for 2 of my kids. Said 72 min wait. Had not received arrive in 15 min text by 5 so called to see how much longer. Was told those times aren’t right because we are down to two stylists. She said there time would be 6:10 which would be after closing so they couldn’t get haircuts today. Ridiculous. Very disappointed. Have used this location a lot in past but NEVER again!!!!!!!
