Ask for Antoinette, she’s great. I get my hair razor cut which a lot of stylists don’t know how to do. Comes out great every time. She’s cut it about 4 times now. She seems to bounce from Eastgate to Richland to North Augusta, so I usually have to contact the salon and ask if she’s working.

The only reason this place gets any stars is the staff. The wait time is almost always horrible. The poor guys/gals here are forever swamped with customers and at times barely can keep up. However when I finally can get my hair cut after the wait, they are all very good at what they do and pleasant to be around.

Worst customer service ever! My husband waited on the list for over an hour, with majority of the time being at the number 1 spot. Walk-ins came in and got to go ahead of him. When he asked what was taking so long he was told “You’ve never been here before”. What does that even mean?! This place needs to be taught how the wait-list works and what it means to have good customer service. You’ve definitely lost a customer, and I’ll never recommend this location to anyone.

I was taken a bit earlier than expected. Stylist was very nice but not very talkative. Cut my hair a bit shorter than I really wanted but for summer it will be great. I felt she really knew how to cut hair and I will go back to her when it grows out.

The stylist was pleasant, but I am not happy with the outcome of my haircut. It does not lay evenly or smoothly but I don’t want any more cut off so I can’t get it fixed. Will have to wait until it grows out. I asked her to just follow the lines of my current cut but she didn’t. I’d definitely use again if needed, especially for kids haircuts. you get what you are paying for, truly. if you need a reasonable priced, simple haircut and to be in and out, recommend 10/10. if you want fancy, you need to check elsewhere.
