Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI would give ZERO stars if possible. You lost business, guess a 15$ hair cut isn’t worth it these days to this staff. Signage was messy and not easy to understand. I opened the door thinking I am just walking into schedule an appointment, I get yelled at and told to stand outside and “read the sign,” I got told firmly. Same thing happened to another guy. So I stand outside for 5 minutes with no one coming to discuss (I had a mask on). I get told 11 appointments, we’ll see if we can get you in. Sit. Sit. Sit. Staff was lethargic, don’t work if you don’t want to be there! In between customers, staff took 10 minute breaks, seriously? Sit. Sit. Sit. (I knew where this was going, but I pressed on). The place was dirty, I have dog groomers cleaner than that place. Brooms were flicked into the air blowing human hair up in the air (but staff is worried about COVID and reduced seating). I got no eye contact, a staff member literally told another staff member that was trying to get me to only wait for appointments (obviously weren’t showing up). Men and Sun City ppl were placed with priority. There was even a man coughing in the lobby. The seats, aprons, and tools were poorly cleaned. Nasty. 45$ at Ulta is worth it. This place should be out of business! I also heard a stylist, while waiting an hour and a half, tell a man asking a question about the cut say “I think it’s right.” You think?
