The only reason I’m giving 1 star to this business is because it doesn’t give me the option to give 0 stars. Twice within a single week I reserved heaircuts online through the check in portal and arrived just to wait 30+ minutes while people who hadn’t checked in to get in front of us in line. I would express that they’ve lost my business, but they’re so incredibly impersonal here that I doubt it would matter.

I had Coco cut my hair and she did not straighten out my part before cutting my hair, and one side of my hair is longer than the other (on purpose), so I can’t fix my part without there being a long piece of hair sitting out of place. The bangs were very choppy and not even at all. I didn’t notice these things due to me not having my glasses on during the cut and not able to see when she was showing me throughout. And the way it was styled after, I was not able to see the bangs down. Very disappointed.

Everytime I’ve been here, I’ve walked away satisfied. They do a great job for a great price, at least with my hair (buzz on sides and scissors on top). And, they are being COVID safe as far as I can tell, which made me feel comfortable!

My wife usually cuts my hair in the backyard (for 20 years). It has been raining so much that I decided to just go get a haircut somewhere. I had one of my daughters pick out a haircut for me out of a book. It was to be silly and have fun. Thankfully she didn’t pick out something crazy because I would have gone along with it. The lady who cut my hair told her she picked a good one for me and knocked it out pretty quick. What I appreciated was that she explained what to use on my hair and how to use it. My wife liked the haircut. When I was leaving, I asked her how I explain the haircut to someone else the next time I go. She said she put notes in the system so I won’t have to. That’s probably standard now for most places but I appreciated the good use of technology to make it easy for me the next time. It is beside Five Guys to the left.

Shay is amazing! When I entered the salon, I was basically in hair meltdown mode. I’m trying to grow out a very short hair style and I was in the awkward growing out phase that was not cute. Shay was able to trim everything up for me and make it look fresh. Thanks to her, now it will grow out more evenly. I definitely will be coming back to see her!
