I have to say that I’m a little disappointed that it wasn’t brought to my attention that the woman cutting my hair was a trainee. As far back as I can remember in my entire life, I’ve always been told that if the person cutting your hair is training, that they must seek your permission first, should something go terribly wrong and so toward the end of my haircut, when another woman came over and started showing her how to cut a certain part of my hair or something, I was utterly shocked! I’m not at all saying she did a bad job because she didn’t and I gave her a $5 tip (to be honest I don’t even know what the average tip for a hairdresser is these days) but that’s what I gave and she seemed happy and I was also happy with the result of my haircut but this should definitely should NOT have had happened!

Be careful if you have long hair. Worst haircut I have ever had!! The Stylist was very nice but apparently in training which I discovered after the damage had been done. I had asked for someone good with long hair but got next one in line who didn’t honor my requests and gave me a hacked haircut. Hairstyling

Checked in online with a 50 minute wait. A little frustrating but hey they a business. Waited outside one hour. No text no call system that showed wait time stopped working. At this point I was mildly irritated so we walked in sat 5 minutes.. not greeted. Another family walked in .. they were greeted and checked in ahead of us. The girl was extremely rude when I stopped her to say we checked in online an hour ago and had not been acknowledged. Then informed me it was going to be atleast another 30 min wait. No wonder they have such a horrible reputation. They definitely lived up to it. Will not return,

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI walked in and checked in. The stylist said it would be about a 10-15 minute wait. That was at 1:20 pm. At 2:10, PM, after watching 3 employees in the back playing on their phones, I still hadn’t had my haircut and had to leave because of my job which I would have been late for if I hadn’t left. I wasn’t the only one waiting and complaining, there were 2 men and a woman getting mad and complaining about the employees in the back, instead of waiting on customers.
