We were in Easley and my wife wanted a trim and styling. She checked in online, wait time was 22 minutes. I told her I would wait in the car, after one hour she walked out of the store and said they had not cut her hair yet! We left and I told her, she should to go to Liberty Great Clips they treat their customers better.

I like the fact that I can get in and out of here quickly, even on a busy day. I’ve always gotten nice cuts here. The prices are very good! The communication skills of each hairdresser could be better and a bit more discreet. However, if privacy is extremely important to you as a customer, go to a personally owned business where you have a scheduled appointment just for you. At this business, you get fast and friendly service, many hairdressers, and conversations happening all around for anyone to hear.

Super busy and disorganized, like it takes almost 1 hour or more just to get a haircut and it can take more if you wait. The people there are also not friendly as well, however, there are some nice people that I will point out.

Really upset with the outcome! It didn’t look terrible at the salon, but I know something didn’t feel right. When I got to school everyone started pointing out what was wrong with my hair. I was sent to the back with a girl with purple hair, I don’t quite remember her name I don’t even think I was told. I just wanted my undercut freshened up, and my split ends cut. Mind you I have a lot of layers. Instead of trimming my pre-existing layers when I got home I realized she just cut straight across my back. Leaving me with only my bangs. Not only that, but my undercut was terrible. I don’t even know what to say. It was splotchy and had a weird shape. I also have curly hair. She kept saying that she knew that my hair would shrink up if she wet it, but continuously brushed my hair out dry which is STILL going to be longer than my normal state. I got home and it was way shorter than I wanted. I hope she is shown this review. I feel like people like this should not have a cosmetology license.
