The people here were all very friendly, the place was kept clean of cut hair. I stopped at 4 stars because of the check in procedure. They recommend you check in online for faster service. I guess I’m old school and when I couldn’t get my online login to work, I showed up with my grandson in person to check in. I timed how long it took for them to actually cut his hair … Just a little over seven minutes from start to finish. It just seems like we were being punished and made to wait almost two hours for 7 minutes of their time because we didn’t log in online. I’d just like to say, online isn’t always the most convenient way of checking in, especially if you have no control of the connection or lack there of. There had been ample opportunities for them to cut his hair and send us on our way during the two hour wait.
