I hate my hair cut. Really and truly. I hate it. I told her what I wanted and specifically what not todo. Literally told her “I keep the sides longer” what does she do? Cut the off. How dense are you? Really? I have to work with the public and I look ridiculous. The other lady said “it’s free” thank you for the horrible hair cut. It looks terrible.

Took my Friend in to get her hair cut @ the Great Clips on 81 by Peggy! She’s freaking awesome!! She KNOWS WHAT SHE’S DOING!!! She should be charging 3-4 X’S her current fee!!! I went here last week just to get a trim and clean up some face framing that I have before a major event (risky, I know). I have stick straight hair so I figured that this would not be that big of a deal. The girl that cut my hair was sweet but severely lacked confidence, cutting too much of my hair off going back and forth trying to get it straight. She ended up having to ask another employee to fix my hair three separate times and do one half of my face framing, since she wasn’t sure how to hold the scissors at an angle. I genuinely don’t want to be rude or for anyone to get in trouble, but this was a very important event and my hair is now too short and still uneven. Fortunately my hair grows fairly quickly, but it will still take a couple of months to get there. It is extremely stressful watching your hairstylist looking at her scissors confused, knowing that you’re about to be in a ton of photos that will circulate around for years.

Critical: QualityWent in for a simple trim and a #2 on the sides. This lady did me so dirty. She cut #2 all the way up to about 2 inches into the top of my head. And I’ve have had a square hairline on the back for 26 years and this woman (without asking) goes and makes me round… Cutting in about and inch into the hairline.

I believe I just got the best haircut I’ve ever had in my life. Not just talking about the cut, but how Madison took her time cutting my hair. She was so gentle, and in no hurry like the others. She enjoys what she does, which put me at such ease. Thanks Great Clips, thank you Madison. Haircut

I do not recommend this location. The staff here are not friendly and they are slow slow! The lady that cut my hair last time did a horrible job and so I refused her this time and she got an attitude about because I politely told her I would like to wait for someone else this time. With a lobby full of people and they are standing in the back talking rather than being focused on there customers. None of them seem to have any customer service training or people skills for that matter. I will not be returning to this location. The prices keep increasing and their service keeps declining. Come on management

It was a good experience, but I had to go back the next day and get them to straighten up my bangs. When I washed my hair and brushed it down like I always do it was very uneven across the front, so I went back the next day and they straightened it out Free of charge of course. By a different person to of course. Other than that it was a good experience.
