Great Experience! I went in was greeted and a nice young black lady the stated during my haircut she was new started to cut my hair. She clarified if I still wanted my usual zero on the sides faded up to a six on top. She started doing it and the zero wasn’t bad but then she didn’t know how to fade it in at the top. It was rough to say the least. I give her all the props she stopped and asked for help before continuing. One of my favorite women there walked over and walked her through the rest of the haircut. Fixed it perfectly. Leadership at its finest. True leaders know when to ask for help. She did a great job! Her teacher did just as she usually does even better. This place is awesome!

It’s always such a long wait, no matter who is working they ALWAYS mess up my profile and change stuff while I’m standing there without even asking me! They switched my 7 year old’s profile number (mine) to be my 16 year old’s phone number for no reason at all. When I asked why, she just shrugged. It was the stupidest thing ever. I always have to fix my son’s hairs when we get home as well. I still go back bc I keep hoping it’ll be better more qualified people and am disappointed. At least they didn’t go too short this time and it was simple fixes.
