My teenage son needed a haircut badly and I finally convinced him to get one. He changed up his usual style and we seen a young woman that we’d never seen before. I showed her a picture on my phone of what my son was wanting. She did an amazing job. My son has gotten so many compliments from people on how handsome and grown up he looks now. I’ll make sure she is available to cut it from here on.

I’ve been here several times without complaint, but my last visit was something else. One stylist in particular, a thin blonde with glasses, was rude and obnoxious. Don’t know if she was in charge, but she acted like it. She barked at everyone that came in that they were doing online check-ins only because they’ve been busy since opening. She said it was a 90-minute wait and they needed to check in online. One man just sat down, like he preferred to wait, and she went off on him several times saying he had to check in online. She huffed and puffed about it, but eventually put his name into the system so he’d be in line. An older lady came in and said she didn’t know how to check in online. The stylist told her to call the phone number and do it from her phone. The lady went out to her car, tried to call, but it didn’t work. Stylist huffed and puffed again and typed in her name to get in line. SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I was relieved she wasn’t the one to cut my hair! The stylist who did cut my hair was lovely and not rushed at all. This woman should not be in a leadership position.
