I normally have no complaints about getting my haircut here. The short haired lady (i believe she might be the manager) is fantastic and always does it exactly how i like and it says in my file. Today I didn’t have her. I had an older grey haired lady i hadn’t seen before. She messed up the back of my hair (it says in my file not to go too short or there will be a bit of a bald spot) and then when i asked her to trim my beard up a bit, she started doing my mustache too when i didn’t ask for it and almost messed that up as well. I just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible at that point.

If I could give zero stars I would!! This lady claims she’s being doing this for 35 years and ruined my 5 year old sons hair right before school starts!! Here is his before and after. I told the lady to stop cutting his hair and she wouldn’t till I said it 3 times. Then blamed him saying he was moving when he wasn’t. Multiple other boys were getting the same hair cut by other girls and they looked nothing like this. She cut his bangs straight across and didn’t even care that I told her he has bad cowlicks.

She carried on light conversation that made the visit a good experience. She trimmed my hair and beard in a style that suits my face. I go to great clips every week all over the upstate, have for almost 4 years. This is the worst location I’ve seen. Very rude from the moment I walked in. I was checked in online, even had my 6 year old with me, the woman talked to me like I was a dog.

Really hit or miss. I only get my hair buzzed. Sometimes it’s great, sometimes, like now, it’s awful. I wish there were more options in the area, tired of paying $17 +$5 tip just to go over my head with a beard trimmer after.
