Went in 3 different times. Sign says walk ins welcome. Each time i was told on line check ins had first priority and would be over 1 hr wait even though only two people waiting. I get on line check ins can be easier for them. They should either have someone to take care of walk ins or remove this. Went else where amd was seen immediately. While I have often used this salon in past and like their level of expertise. They Lost my business by having no consideration for my time. A customer who was standing in front of them as ooposed to an invisible perso who “checked in online”. I wonder how often those do not show up.
