Bad experience coming here. the old lady sprayed my hair, she didn’t want to serve me and her attitude was very discriminatory just because I’m asian. she caqst hair for me with very strong actions and harsh words . when I showed the hair sample in the picture to her. she just took a quick look, and she ended up cutting my hair. Leaves a circular depression at the top of the head. I don’t think she’s been a barber for how long, but she doesn’t seem to be adept at serving and cutting hair, even after cutting my hair she didn’t brush my hair down but let me do it myself. What service am I getting here?. All in all, bad experience to get a haircut here. That old woman with short blond hair looked very uncomfortable to me. If you come here to cut your hair, please avoid that woman. because she really doesn’t know how to cut her hair.You can see that I still have a lot of hair on my face. and on the top of the head the hair is not even and neat

The lady I had was fine. I was watching 3 people go through the other lady there. She didn’t ever clean her station. She only swept the hair up after one. She used the same comb without cleaning, same towel, same scissors without cleaning and never changed the cape not even shake out the hair. One of the ladies came back in because her first cut was not straight, it still was not straight when she left the second time. I will not go back.

Avoid at all costs. My wife and daughter just came out and both of thier hair is uneven. Went back in to have them fix it and they refused and said it was even. Stevie Wonder could see the uneveness. Ray Charles could cut more even. Do not go here!

The time on the on line chk in doesn’t work. I will not go back. Very very false advertising. And they always blame It on the pandemic. Lol. Quick update. The corporate office contacted me, I explained my issue, advised that owner will contact me. Well it’s been over 3 weeks, and no one has called me. I guess all we are as loyal customers are just dollar signs. Wow!
