I asked for a low taper and the barber decided to give me another haircut instead. I told him that I do a slick back and wanted to keep that style but instead, he cut almost all of my hair off, so now it’s to short to style it how I usually do. He also decided to style my hair how he wanted. Didn’t even give me a fade just a single guard. Don’t not recommend coming. I regret paying.

I called in on Saturday, April 23 at 3:10pm. I spoke with an associate there asking are they accepting walk-ins. She said yes and I asked for the address. She said she did not know it and hung up in my face. How can you work at a business and don’t know the address? That was so rude! I called back and another associate answered, I told her how I was treated, she did apologize but that location (Garners Ferry Road) would never get my business. I went to the Beltline location for my son.

Denise is a wizard! She fixed my haircut in 10 minutes after I visited another great clips earlier in the day that was insufficient, and she did a BEAUTIFUL job. The salon is clean, tidy, and the staff are very professional. I have fine, long blonde hair so I’m always nervous about getting it cut/layered/styled, but Denise gave me great advice for hair care and her professional opinion for future cuts.

Sorry Great Clips but while you may be convenient, you seem to be a bit indifferent to your clientele. A little haircut, and there isn’t much on top of my head, should be a simple request. Unfortunately the “stylist” who cut my hair was not able to follow my simple request and wound up deleting much more than I had wanted. Keep practicing but not on me for awhile. I may give it another shot some day but not in the immediate future. Update!!! 12-23-21. Returned to find yet again butchers instead of hair “professionals” looks like I’m going to have to wait another 10 months to get my hair back to the condition it was in. Apparently you do get what you pay for. However, the price shouldn’t dictate the outcome since extra care is usually added in to the final price.

I received a haircut from Michael today. It is the best haircut I’ve ever had at a chain salon. He was so conscientious as he was trimming and gave me exactly what I asked for. He used shears, razor, and buzzer to trim my medium length hair into an easy-to-style yet feminine look, in record time. He was also pleasant to talk to. I would recommend him to all the ladies I know who want a good cut for a good price.
