Tiffany was wonderful with my son! He has significant developmental delays and severe ADHD and was having a meltdown when I took him for a haircut. She was calm and comforting the entire time. She was able to have him sit on the floor where she cut his hair. She told me to call next time we’re on the way, and she’ll make sure she’s ready for him! Incredible experience!

Stylist was rude. Tried to mention a problem I have encountered in the past and she cut me off and said she was going to do it her way. Have been going to Great Clips for 30 years and some haircuts have been better than others but have never encountered such a disrespectful employee. To top it off she tried to overcharge me.

Stylist was rude, not sure if he even understood the instructions, Have been going to this place for more than 2years, there are lot of new stylists at this place have helped me without any issues, but this guy, Travis today didn’t follow the instructions as in the system and when I stopped him, his response is he is new to this place and not familiar!! I do not recommend this stylist and will try some other location next time!

Horrible horrible ! My daughter broke her wrist so I took her in for a shampoo and a trim. They were completely dead, three employees and they said they weren’t shampooing hair that day. I took her to a privately owned placed and paid and tipped double . I guess the Great Clips employees don’t want to make money.
