Critical: Professionalism, QualityNot the first time my hair was messed up from this place. I usually go out of my way to go to the Lexington location however I needed convivence gave it another change and WOW!!!! Get out of the shower this morning to spike up my hair and notice only my front bangs was cut the rest of the top wasn’t even touched. So I had to manage to cut that myself so I could go to work presentable. I’ve had patches, I have had one employee me tell me nobody can fade a haircut there. Listen to employees complain about how they do not like showing their license because people stalk them there. Not the first time my hair was messed up from this place. I usually go out of my way to go to the Lexington location however I needed convivence gave it another change and WOW!!!! Get out of the shower this morning to spike up my hair and notice only my front bangs was cut the rest of the top wasn’t even touched. Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismThere were two ladies each one of them cut both of my children’s hair they were so mean to both of my kids they made my daughter cry and they were very rough with my son’s head pushing him around and yelling at him which didn’t make the situation any better instead he almost started cryingtoo!!!! I have never been to a place that is so unprofessional and so mean to Children!!!!! This was the worst experience and I will never be taking my children back also there was a customer before me that was an older man and as soon as he walked out of the store they started picking on him and making fun of him!! I’ve never been in a situation where staff was so unprofessional and hateful!!! There were two ladies each one of them cut both of my children’s hair they were so mean to both of my kids they made my daughter cry and they were very rough with my son’s head pushing him around and yelling at him which didn’t make the situation any better instead he almost started crying

Positive: QualityYooooo I went there today (11/22/2020) around the afternoon and there was this girl, she only been cutting hair for 2 years. She did such a great job and had such a wonderful personality. She seemed like she was actually happy and invested into her job. 10/10. Had a great time. The 4 stars are for her the empty star is for the rate of speed everyone else cuts hair and just sends you off. I get you guys are paid to cut as much peoples hair as you can but the rush is so uugghh. I don’t like when people are mindlessly in a rush cut my hair and kinda do a “ehh whatever” job. (even though I really don’t care I’m way laid back, also, I understand, its not them, its how the business runs them.) So I mean, as far as the employees are concerned, good quality will secondarily build you up a quantity of customers. If you choose the long road to success you will find yourself having devout customers. Dont treat them like RV’s at a rate shop. Slow down, do a good job, see their vision, and breathe. Yooooo I went there today (11/22/2020) around the afternoon and there was this girl, she only been cutting hair for 2 years. She did such a great job and had such a wonderful personality. She seemed like she was actually happy and invested into her job. 10/10. Had a great time. The 4 stars are for her the empty star is for the rate of speed everyone else cuts hair and just sends you off.
