I went here because my girlfriend found a coupon where I can get a haircut for $10 which is cheap it’s a good deal. This was my first time here, you can check in and sign up online which is convenient. When I went inside it felt a little outdated it had an old vibe to it maybe it’s just me. but I was very satisfied with my visit and my hair stylist. I wish I could remember her name I know she had blue hair she did a really good job and I will probably go back for sure.

What is the purpose of having a waitlist if the stylist is going to ignore it just to let a friend cut in front — then try to play it off as if they don’t understand how online check-in works – you didn’t see me and blame it on me. Worse customer service experience to blame the customer for your short fall – and you knew exactly what you were doing.

Today I went in for a haircut at GreatClips like I usually do. I asked for a half inch off everything and to have it trimmed up, however the stylist seemed to have her own ideas for what I would like. Completely ignoring my demands, she cut off a full inch, ignored my requests to have it left on the ears (also leaving both sides uneven) and then continued to cut it as she pleased. I was very dissatisfied with my haircut and will not be returning to the location.

i went to get my boyfriend a haircut. i love his long curly hair and told him that i didn’t want very much taken off and he agreed with me, as he said that he thought his hair looked great at this length but that it was too hot for this time of year. he went in to get his hair cut and was an old lady’s client. he told her how much he wanted off and she completely ignored him. she cut off most of his hair and it looks so patchy beside his ears. she should be fired as she looks old enough to be my grandmas grandma and clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
