My mother took my daughter who is deaf into get a haircut today. My daughter has to take off her Cochlear Implants during her haircut and is unable to hear anything. When this happens, she gets nervous about not being able to hear anyone talk and usually wants me or her grandmother sitting near her. Today was the first time where she didn’t want someone sitting next to her because Misty made her feel so comfortable and welcomed. Misty knew sign language and was able to talk to my daughter during the haircut. Misty even made sure she started with the side of her head so she was able to put her Cochlear Implants back on. Not only did my daughter not want family next to her, she even heard what haircutting sounds like for the first time. When I came home from work that’s all my daughter talked about and wanting to go back so Misty could cut her hair from now on. Thank you for going above and beyond for her!

I raaaarely ever get my haircut because every place I’ve went to has either done the complete opposite of what I asked for or completely just botched it up. I haven’t gotten my hair cut in two years, I decided to chop a good amount off at home and went here to get it fixed yesterday. Sierra cut my hair, I was expecting just what I usually get because I’ve never truly been satisfied with a cut. I have majorly curly hair so I didn’t know what it’d look like styled until I fixed it up. Today I fixed up my hair and it’s EXACTLY what I’ve been wanting! Absolutely love it. Sierra was sweet and reassuring. Definitely going back to her next time!

Critical: Punctuality, QualityI got the worst haircut of my life yesterday by Misty. I asked for a cut just brushing my shoulders with some layers to deal with the volume of my hair. This is a very simple kind of haircut that I have been getting for decades. My hair has grown long during COVID as I go get cuts less frequently so it meant cutting off about 4 inches. She cut off about 2 and asked if that was the length I wanted but I said that I really wanted it to be shorter as I had described. She then took all of 3 minutes to straight cut is 2 more inches and declared herself done. It looked like a pageboy cut and ridiculous. I did not want her working on me any further as I sensed that it could be more harmful than helpful and not as easy to fix so I paid and left. I also had to wait 30 minutes longer than my check in time indicated when I got into the list. I will never go back to this salon. My husband gets his hair cut here all the time. He usually preferred the same lady. The last time we went he waited an extra 30 minutes for the last who usually cuts his hair and when she was done with the guy she had in her chair she skipped my husband even though he is a loyalty customer to her.
