Booked my boyfriend an appointment. He’s never been here and never used the sign up online before. It was a 58 minute wait which was fine because I needed time to leave the house and we had time to grab a coffee from Starbucks while we waited. The waiting area was full and it appeared some customers didn’t sign up online but were walk-ins. Our wait was fast and the time flew by fast while we drank our coffee. The staff were friendly and did the best they could with the amount of customers that were waiting. I’ve used this location several times and like it. It’s clean and welcoming. They did a good job on his hair.

Not only was she kind, courteous, and did an excellent job with my haircut, but she was accommodating and thoughtful to my use of a cane and limited mobility. This was the worst experience of my life. I got the absolute worst haircut ever. My hairstylist was named Webber. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HIM!!! He’s cuts hair unevenly, cuts hair way too short and styles ur hair without you asking. One time he was washing my mothers hair and was putting purple shampoo in her hair (purple shampoo drys ur hair out) and as he was already putting it in he says “oh I hope you don’t mind I used purple shampoo” another time he straightened my hair without me asking and he just started doing it (I have extremely frizzy hair so I looked horrible) I had to go home immediately being my hair was so bad I had to take a shower. I also told him not to cut my sides too short and he practically shaved them off. This is the worst place to get a haircut and Webber needs to be fired immediately!

Is it possible to even fix this….I went to get a cut dry style my hair was half way down my back I wanted it shoulder length and the back was supposed to be stacked and lots of layers the first cut took it way above my shoulders not stacked no layers wasn’t styled or nothing I thought it would dry and look better. Can someone try to fix this I was literally about to cry when I left it’s awful my mom’s and daughters was great (different stylist) please help I look ridiculous and have a very very important meeting Thursday.

Great Clips in Waynesville is next to the Ingles on Russ Ave.(behind Waffle House). Their St is Barber St. ,But we think of it as on Russ Ave. They’ve been open 4 yrs and I was there on Sunday afternoon at 4:30, & they had 4 stylists still working!… awesome! Very friendly, and she listened to what I wanted & was very professional and personable. Well worth $15 and more. We’ll done !
