Everyone is always usually friendly here that I have dealt with, but I’m very disappointed with my haircut I received today. This is the 2nd mess up I have had from them (didn’t report the 1st one, so it doesn’t matter). However, I’m just extremely dissatisfied with my haircut from today. They gapped me pretty good on the top of my head. She was very friendly, but I had to buy hair “touch up” to make it look like I wasn’t thinning.

Worst haircut I’ve got today. I’m normally not all that picky about a spot that gets missed or having to fix my sideburns but today’s was way worse than usual. It’s not worth the trip over the mountain to get a bad haircut.
