I went to this particular location because ive had decent service there before. First off, politics and religion dont need to be discussed in this setting. Not to mention the terrible haircut i got. One sideburn cut even with my ear, the right one just buzzed. My hairline was also raised up by @ least 3 inches. All I said was do a 5 guard on the sides and take an inch off the top. Perhaps if she had been more focused on doing her job. She did ” ok” on the top of my head. I wasnt able to tske a good look when I got home, but it was too late anyways, its not like she could glue my hair back on. Which brings me to another point, with places like this. You rarely get the same person twice, and I know for this price point you get what you pay for, but these comaints are BASIC knowledge. JASON S.

Critical: ProfessionalismTook my husband in for a haircut and beard trim. All of the working stations were EMPTY except for one right behind him. We had our 8 year old with us as well. My 8 year old and I were standing at the station beside where he was getting his hair cut on the OTHER side of the chair. The lady there said “she can’t work” with us standing on the other side of the empty station. She said she needed room to work. I asked her why she would need to come a whole chair over to cut my husband’s hair. She then said it was fine. As soon as we told her what he wanted, she told us to sit in the lobby and that we were in her way. Her whole demeanor was rude. Maybe she wanted my husband to herself because she’s a lonely old c***. I will do everything I can to make sure this woman loses her job. Went in for haircut, was pushed back my wait time twice on the online appointments, was the last one to go before close and they were obviously trying to go home and get it over with. The lady that cut my hair made it evident she didn’t want to serve me and felt disgusted to touch my head. She didn’t use safety when shaving around my ear and just went over it with the razors without holding it down properly. Then after she ran over my ear with the razor she said “oh sorry if I cut your ear I’m just trying to get a close cut”. Once she finished the cut she didn’t brush off the extra hair that had fallen and I just left covered in hair because obviously she was just glad that she got me over with and wanted me to leave at this point so I paid and left.
