Have been going for some time regularly but now they have an employee who feels nessisary to insult customers a they walk in and decline to cut their hair based on how they look. I am sorry if this is going to offend anyone that works here but it’s the way I feel so I’m going to speak it these women and it’s not just this place of business it’s all of them all over the boone feel like they’re a sorority of doctors or something and that their time is so valuable and precious I promise my 7 year old daughter that we can get the bangs cut out of her eyes today and I had no idea that these ladies started closing around 6:00 so when I found that out about 5:30 I called around and asked if anyone could just cut her bangs which literally when we go somewhere on time it takes 45 seconds at the most and then I would pay triple and tip $20 and every single place in Boone told me no. You are not doctors and you do not have hearts. it’s a 7 year old girl who’s getting a picture taken tomorrow and I explained that to you guys and everyone said no we’re too busy we can’t take 30 seconds of our schedule to get her bangs cut across the front. if someone came to me, which I detail cars and said; look I need to detail this car and gave me a reason like that I wouldn’t charge them extra and I would do it just out of the kindness of my heart but not these haircutters oh not these haircutters their time is way to expendable to make a 7 yr old girl happy in less than 1 minute. I just wish the whole world still had hearts.

The end of had the GPS I probably wouldn’t have found it. The strip mall everything is up kept nice. Barbers in hair dressers were friendly did a nice job. They get you in and out on your scheduled time.

Great, service, great haircut, great price. People are supposed to check in online to avoid waiting. I was a walk in. The sign had 12 customers listed and a 54 minute wait time. I was recommended to sit and wait, in case someone did not show up. I only waited about 15 minutes until they fit me in. Good place for kids haircuts. I will go there again.

It’s a busy location but you can check in online and they text you 15 minutes before your appointment, so you don’t need to wait in the lobby. I’ve gotten my haircut here multiple times from different stylists and they all did a good job. They’re also friendly and seem to get along well with each other, which is also a good sign of a positive workplace.

It’s unfortunate that the prices went up, when clearly the quality has not been affected ! Last clients hair all over the floor when I was brought over, tools weren’t cleaned. Tried to explain to her that she needed to wet my hair more because I had just put a lot of product in it and it’s sticky continue to try to brush through my curly course hair with a fine tooth comb and say no it’s just tangled.…..?? She eventually did but not without acting like I don’t know what I’m talking about. This seems to be a trend across the board with great clips
