Hair was 4-5” long. Asked for trim of one half inch. This old woman read to me the instructions for the last trim. I trusted her but she made me remove glasses. I now have hair barely 2”. I gave her what for. She told me”I WAS ONLY TRYING TO MAKE IT LOOK EVEN”. I am still angry. I left no tip. In retrospect, I should’ve have even paid.

Been going here for the while. They have had a rough spell with (who hasnt) lack of employees, Ashley always does her best to make sure every one in her chair gets what they want. Thats why usually most that get her ask for her. Sometimes you have to wait awhile since there may only be 1 or 2 girls working but it’s worth it.

This is probably the best Great Clips I’ve ever been to. I got my haircut by Shamica and my 2 girls got their haircut by Ashley. Shamica was amazing, I had a certain cut in mind and she did my hair exactly how I wanted it. It’s beautiful, and for the fellas, I watched her cut three guys hair and she did absolutely amazing on them. Ashley who cut both of my daughter’s hair did a wonderful job as well. They both wanted a specific cut also and she did an amazing job on them too. I highly recommend getting your haircut here.

One of the best places to get your haircut especially in Mountain View for men. The ladies do a great job here and actually take there time. They also can do a great skin fade and solid beard trim if needed. Much better then the hickory location where you feel like you get your 15 minutes and done whether it’s anything like you requested or not. Only negative is there can be a wait at times due to staffing so make sure to sign in online, not a knock on the people who work here at all.

I went as a walk in. Waited less than 10 minutes. My stylist was Shamica. This young lady was an absolute delight. She gave me excellent advice on cuts for my face and look I wanted. Shamica has one of the brightest, happiest personality! Not only did I receive a fabulous cut, the conversation was amazing. Even tho I just met her it was as if I’d known her and been going to her for years. I highly recommend her.

I took my mother-in-law here to get a haircut. She really likes Missy and waited to get her haircut from her. She was great and treats my MIL wonderfully! The other stylists were really friendly. It was a great trip for us.

I went to get my hair cut but they are really nice the only thing is my hair was not the same as I came out the store my entire edge or outline of my hair was all crooked and on top I have longer hair but the lady messed up when she was cutting my hair on the side and she kept cutting my long hair and in the back of my head my hair is the worst and now embarrassed for how uneven and how ugly my hair was. In my experience some of those workers are nice and all but can’t cut peoples hair. I hope I never go there again.
