Took my nephew in for a haircut, the man (didn’t get his name) that checked us in was very rude. I didn’t know what number the account was under and was trying to call my sister and he kept interrupting me and talking over me. Eventually we got checked in and the haircut went great with Savannah. Glad we didn’t get the man though. Very rude.

I have had hundreds of haircuts over the years if these guys win the prize for the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my entire life. I can’t even believe how bad she screwed it up. My haircut weeks before her, the guy shook like a leaf. I don’t know what they do in the parking lot but both times they came from their cars and took me straight back to the chair where the butchered me. I can’t take it anymore. Negative stars from me.

We always go to great clips-love them. However, we had never been to the one in viewmont. We had a doctor appt and thought we would swing by after. We drove by and their hours were not posted. We parked and no sooner than me and my son walked in a hair dresser (Karen) yells “WE’RE CLOSED!” The other hair dresser says softer-“We’re closing.” Same difference-the responses were unprofessional. A simple, “I’m sorry ma’am we are closing and can’t take anyone else.” would been much more pleasant!
