My boyfriend went in today and got his hair cut. Showed the women a picture of what he had wanted and didn’t even get close to it. The cut is so uneven and completely jacked up. He called asking for a refund someone told him he would either get a refund or could get it fixed. So he goes back up there after already leaving and come to find out he couldn’t even get his refund. And he can’t get it fixed because if he did he would have way less hair then he already does. The first picture is what he had asked for, as you can tell in the second photo it’s nothing like he wanted/asked for. I do not recommend this place at all.

I want to personally thank one of the girls who helped me today. i came in from having a mental breakdown and completely feeling like a failure my hair was cut off completely and was so scared to walk out of my house and walk into a salon. it took a lot for me to bring back some confidence.
