I wish I could give zero stars. My sons hair is choppy uneven and straight up sloppy. In this economy I would have done a better job at home than actually taking him a place of business that is supposed to give actual haircuts. My son is two years old, he can sit pretty well and has even had his hair buzz faded on the sides. The stylist was rushing and took no more than five minutes with us.

The woman who cut my son’s hair was very nice but when I got home and really looked at him, I realized it was the worst haircut he’s ever gotten. He is a toddler, but he sits still and is completely cooperative. There’s no reason she shouldn’t have been able to cut his hair correctly. This was our first visit to Great Clips and we definitely won’t be back. I’ve had several friends comment on how messed up his haircut is. I’m not picky at all about his hair, but it looks like a child cut it.

Critical: QualityAsked for a low fade and was promptly treated with a razor zooming up the side of my head. Legit full metal jacket style. Now I have a goober high and tight. Had to go to platinum cuts after to get it fixed. Unless you like looking like you eat glue in your free time do not get your haircut here.Service: Hairstyling

I asked for a undercut and the ladies there gave me a middle part and I asked for 1 inch off the top and they cut it super short about 2 inches off. I even asked for a 2 on the sides didn’t get it! Came in to get my daughter’s haircut. Explained exactly what I wanted – a long bob. After a few minutes she stopped cutting and began to blow dry her hair. I walked up and asked if she could cut it shorter in the back, and was immediately greeted with attitude. She proceeded to tell me how she thought it was a good length for her – despite what I asked for and what my daughter wanted. She even began talking over me and directly to my daughter, in an attempt to convince my daughter that she would rather have it that length. Despite all of this – her hair was longer in the BACK than it was in the front. (Opposite of a bob!) Needless to say, I paid and promptly left. What a waste of time and dealing with a terrible attitude on top of that. (“Stylist” was Kathy)
