The worst haircut ever!!!! I looked at the cut when my hair was wet…looked good. I left while it was still wet because I like to go home and wash it after a cut…BIG MISTAKE!!!! After washing and drying my hair, I looked at the back and it is totally botched up. I have spent the last six months letting my hair grow…I was wanting a certain style. Well, thanks to the butchered hair cut, the only way to fix it is to cut it super short. I’m am elderly and on a fixed income, that’s why I go to Great Clips. I need to have this mess fixed, but I can’t afford a higher priced salon. So, thanks “not so Great Clips”…you have ruined my hair and my day. This is the first time I have ever cried over a haircut…not because of vanity, but because of anger and frustration.

Needed a haircut. Was so long I had enough to donate. Had a bad experience in the past with a “donation haircut” because the stylist cut off the necessary amount for donation and then got scissor happy and gave me a BAD cut. So, I was wary. Joanna seemed to have some sort of bad day, and was very unwelcoming. It felt as though she was taking it out on her client rather than dealing with it on her own. I should be able to come in for a haircut and leave happy, rather than feel like I was talked down to for 30 minutes and wasted my time and money on an unappreciative hairdresser.
