Supercuts used to have a saying “We cut your hair for your ego, not ours”. This Great Clips does whatever they want to your hair. It starts with management from the owner, all the way to MN. They are defensive of their mistakes and threaten customers! I believe this is the worst location in Denver. If you have long hair and just want it trimmed, you should walk past this location and find any other haircutting establishment. Because of an overzealous haircutter, my hair has not been this short in 40 years. I feel the cold outside. I hope someday soon they shut this location down for good.

I usually don’t get my hair cut at these chains but my hair was in very bad condition so I stopped in in the spur of the moment. There was no wait. I showed the girl a picture of what I wanted to work toward, not expecting to achieve it totally on the first attempt. What I did get was a wet cut that was very close to the final result I was looking for…a little shorter but certainly much healthier.

Nice staff, easy to get in last minute (waited in an online queue while I ate lunch and walked right in), and cheap. The haircut was not great though. They don’t shampoo or anything (just not a part of their service), but the cut for me was just a straight across cut along the bottom. I felt like I could’ve done that at home, and in fact I did afterwards. Several chunks were completely missed so it was very uneven, so I had to chop off a few chunks at home. Most of their stuff targeted men, so I guess they’re better at cuts for guys. I was really hoping to be able to get my hair cut as a woman for less than a fortune since I’m pretty simple and low maintenance, but alas, I guess you get what you pay for. I’m jealous of my husband who looks fine after a cheap cut… I don’t think I’ll try this place again but my husband will!
