I’ve been bringing my son here for over a year now for his haircuts. Normally we don’t have an issue. He has been getting his hair cut since 1yr old and he is almost 8 now, never complained always sits very still. He started crying when she shaved the back of his neck saying that it hurt. About an hour after we left I looked at the back of his neck and he has massive cuts all over! Day 2, some of them faded away but he has one long OPEN wound cut at the bottom of his hairline on the back of his neck. She tried telling him he was over reacting when it happened but clearly he wasn’t! We will not be returning.

This place is the worst. On two occasions the salon has closed before business hours. Brought my son before picture day at 3 and the door was locked, staff inside ignored me at the door, sign even said open. Yesterday we went at 11 when they open, already had a 120 minute wait. Added our names to the check in….NEVER got a text or call. Third times the strike. I will never ever go here again. Horrible business practices with very mediocre cuts.

Went to partake in the Veteran’s Day haircut or haircut card, when I arrived with my military id I was told I was ineligible because I was active duty, which everything clearly states active duty and veterans. Extremely ridiculous, disrespectful and rude!!

would not recommend this place. we have been getting our haircut for several years from this one in cameron and the quality of the employees has gone down over the last year or so. My daughter got her hair cut this last time from here and it was the manager who cut it. the manager embarrassed my daughter kept saying her hair felt “yucky” and even said at one time it was disgusting feeling. My daughter expressed how she knew there was an issue and was attempting to take care of it. The manager kept saying she needed to take better care of her hair. this lecture went on through the whole haircut which made my daughter not want to further explain that it was a medical condition causing her hair to be the way that it was. that medication and surgeries has caused her condition. When i called and spoke to the manager she denied saying anything to my daughter , that it was her job to inform people how to take care of their hair. that she wasn’t aware of any medical issues causing my daughters hair to be like it was. I told the manager number 1 it wasn’t her business and number 2 she humiliated my daughter so bad that my daughter didn’t feel like she could explain. At one point during the haircut the manager laughed at my daughters hair which caused my daughter to feel even worse. My daughter left there feeling humiliated.

Jennifer did amazing!!! My son is 4 and has a TBI that mimics autism.. he never sits in the chair by himself for a cut and he always cries and screams.. has melt downs. NOT WITH JENNIFER, he sat by himself and let her do his hair. She was amazing with him!!! Totally a must go to!
