The only reason I go there is for Brenda. She gives a great haircut and wonderful customer service. But they never answer their phone and often the schedule on the voicemail is often Not updated unless Brenda does it. It is very difficult to have to keep running up there just to see if she is working. Most often staff, except Brenda, doesn’t make you feel welcome by lack of greetings or response from customers leaving saying goodbye. I have seen people be turned away unapologetically. By the way I never write reviews but so frustrating to call and again no one answers like most Great Clips do, and schedule not updated.

Truly horrendous experience. I asked for a “slight trim around my ears to clean that area up.”. What ended up happening was they completely destroyed my original hairstyle and I am left looking like an overgrown bush.

Went there 30 minutes before their closing hours. I had already checked in online and my name was in their queue as well. The store lights were on and ‘open’ sign was lit and the closing time mentioned on the door was 30 mins after my arrival time. However I was denied service saying the salon is closed. I did mention that my name is already checked in and that the store closes 30 mins later, but I was rudely denied service while the other customers were getting served. I won’t be returning here.

I visited this location on 8/28/2021. My 8 yr old son was helped by a very nice black man. I never saw him before and he seemed like he was new. I showed him a picture of what my wife wanted. He kept trying to finish 2 or 3 times and it was not even close to the picture. He seemed very unsure of himself the entire time, and seemed to be looking to me on what to do. He finally asked for help from another female stylist. Thankfully she was able to get the haircut fixed. The other stylist was able to complete 2 haircuts and help my son in the time it took to complete his haircut. I am appreciative of her help, but to be frank, this gentleman needed additional training and was not ready to assist customers.

I scheduled my appointment on the app and my son and I both got our hair cut with hardly any wait time…the service was great and the lady who cut our hair was amazing super friendly!!! This is the only location I go to anymore always happy with our hair cuts!!! Highly recommend!!!
