The staff at the Mint Hill location are very friendly and accommodating. Great conversationalist as well! Most importantly, they are good at their craft and take the customers concerns seriously. The best thing is that they keep your of your preferences and ask before each haircut if you choose to keep those preferences or change them. I highly recommend the entire staff for your haircut or styling appointment.

The was the absolute worst haircut my fiancé has ever gotten. The hairstylist put no effort into making it even or even look good.The staff was incredibly unfriendly. His hairstylist was so rude to both me and him, had a terrible attitude, very impersonable, and now he has to go to another place to fix it. Worst experience we’ve had.

My wife took my 1 year old son here for his second haircut. He had his first one here as well, but with a different stylist who did an amazing job. My wife asked them to trim his hair just a little bit to get it out if his eyes, just like last time. We had been letting his baby hair grow long, it was just a few inches above his shoulders. It was so soft and beautiful. As my wife told me, the stylist kept messing it up and having to cut more and more off until eventually it was all gone. He has basically a buzz on the sides and back now. We are both very upset because his hair was so special and now it just looks like a below average cut. The bangs are way too high, making his forehead look huge. I actually had to finish trimming out one section that was left too long to match the rest. I don’t know how a small trim turns into this hackjob, all of it chopped off. But I do know we won’t be using that stylist again, if we decide to come back to this shop. I’m upset I was at work because I would have stopped it before it got this bad, and I definitely wouldn’t have paid for that. It’s really awful. Be careful who you let cut your babies hair. Once it’s gone it’s gone.

I wish I had read some of the reviews before stopping in here with my 2 year old. I just looked at the stars. They ruined my daughter’s hair. I took her for a bang trim and the lady cut SO much off. I am so upset and can’t believe I paid money for this. I wanted a simple bang trim. The lady kept cutting more and more (it seemed like because she kept messing up). She probably ended up taking 4 inches off her bangs!! They are so short now and look terrible. My daughter doesn’t even look like herself. I will NEVER go to a Great Clips again. Hopefully her beautiful hair will grow back quickly.
