Great Clips

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had been putting off my son’s first haircut for a long time because he has auditory processing issues and I was dreading how it would go. Cutting it at home is no option. I called pigtails and crew cuts but they were backed up for a few days which astonished me. So finally I decided to just call up to Great clips and get it done. I spoke to a lady named Linda who was extremely friendly and said she was familiar with my son’s differences and could work with him without any issue. She was patient, friendly and fast! She understood the things that bothered my son and worked around them. She allowed me to dance and sing with him so that he didn’t think about the cut and didn’t make me feel like I was getting in her way. She was done with an under 10 minutes and I can’t believe I put that off for so very long. Thank you guys so much You have no idea how much it meant to me for this to be a positive experience instead of a negative one. I had been putting off my son’s first haircut for a long time because he has auditory processing issues and I was dreading how it would go. Cutting it at home is no option. I called pigtails and crew cuts but they were backed up for a few days which astonished me. So finally I decided to just call up to Great clips and get it done.
