Never been here before, but definitely wouldn’t be against going back after yesterday. As long as Pam cuts my hair. I checked in on line, got there and she sat me down. I told her I was really nervous because I wanted bangs and that’s drastic for me since I’ve not had bangs since I was a little girl. She was so sweet and kind and went slow and listened to me and answered all my questions. She also did really well with cutting my layers and giving me bangs. I’m so happy with them. Thank you ♥️

Called and asked if walk-ins are ok. Was told yes only to be told upon arrival that I may have to wait for 54 mins if any online check-ins showed up, and of course two showed up just before I could have been called back. So I left. Why was I not allowed to check-in when I called prior to driving 30 mins. to the place? I was almost a new customer. I think I had similar issues at another Great Clips. I know now to avoid that business altogether.
