I have always used them as last resort because their employees just sit around and make you wait an absurd amount of time but today really took the cake I showed up 45 minutes before closing and there was 1 person getting a haircut and the others refused to come out and give me a haircut because there were 2 people signed up online which weren’t there. Keep in mind 5 ladies were in the back. And I drobe 30 minutes to get there. I have got my haircut at great clips for last decade maybe I’ll find a better chain since many are out there!

She’s African American. I’ll be tipping her better then I did today. I was very nervous thinking my hair was going to look like I just got electrocuted but it turned out great. They have a website where u can check in and they let u know how long of a wait time there is b4 you can be seen and they also notify you when its time to head their way very good people my daightwr was very pleased with the lady who did her hair she said she was very well outspoken and they talked about everything lol
