I have beautiful long hair that came to my hips and it started to fall out as a side effect of Covid. I lost over half my hair and it was patchy. Parts were short and parts were long. I went in asking for it to be cut to all one even length, to my mid back, because my hair looked so bad down. No one is in the building and the two hair dressers looked it over. They cut maybe half an inch off the long pieces of hair, which took all of two minutes and told me no they weren’t going to cut anymore because my hair was so beautiful long, that I would later regret cutting it off. They refused to do anything more and asked me to pay the full price.
