Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy son and I had the BEST experience here with Tammy, she was amazing. The haircut was really good too. When we walked in she asked my son how old he was and he said “9” in his deepest “I don’t want to be here” voice. She goes “900?!” “Nooo just 9!” “Oh well how old are you in dog years?” Then he did the math on that because apparently he knows . Anyway, she asked him questions the whole time about his favorite subject, what he wanted to be when he grew up and why. Told stories and joked around. She told him to get as many lollipops and little toys as he wanted when he left, he grabbed a couple and she encouraged him to take one more. When we walked out, my son was so excited and says “Best haircut ever!!!!! She gets a on personality! We should always go there and on the same day at the same time!!” I think the best part was she was so genuine. Like she had been waiting all day to hear the answers my son (that she’s never met) had. It made his day and it so made mine. Probably important to note that the haircut was really good as well, my son has a cowlick that I’ve always been told to “cut out” I hadn’t even mentioned it and she was like I’m probably only taking a tiny bit off this spot. I was nervous….. But then as she continued I noticed it actually was laying down and she explained why and how we should style it. She said she’s been doing hair for 30+ years. My son and I had the BEST experience here with Tammy, she was amazing. The haircut was really good too. When we walked in she asked my son how old he was and he said “9” in his deepest “I don’t want to be here” voice.
