I told the lady cutting my hair to cut of 2 inches but she cut off 6 inches instead. Now about all of my long hair is gone and I’m having to get it fixed. She screwed up the cut so bad that I’m having to get it somewhat evened out. Don’t go here!! Haircut

I have found this Great Clips to be friendly, clean and has good stylists. It’s very scary starting with a new stylist. I have found that they listen to what you want done and succeed with a good cut. They record what they did in their computer so the next stylist has an idea what to do. Checking in on line is very convenient. I go the the salon in Matthews, NC. I have used both Angie & Heather so far & was very pleased

my husband and I attempted to go here for him a quick cut, 3 days until mask mandate is lifted. we were turned away bc we didn’t have masks, ok that’s fine we can respect that as it is still mandated….but what we won’t respect is being laughed at by the employees as we walked out the door bc we said we would go elsewhere since we forgot our masks(the county we live in doesn’t require them) great clips as a whole, just lost us as customers. period. what was there to even laugh at??

Critical: Professionalism*The photo that I had provided had a male with the haircut.I went in with my partner to get a haircut earlier today and showed the stylist a photo of the cut. She did not seem to understand what I wanted done which was fine at first, so she had another stylist explain with a “second opinion” and said that I should get the female version (?) of the reference photo.(Which I’ve seen many people with this haircut, so I have no idea what the female version is.)The first lady that styled my hair did not part it and hardly wet it. She ended up giving me something similar to a bowl cut which was also uneven on both sides. After a bit of messing around, the original stylist that had the other stylist give her a “second opinion” fixed the cut.To make matters worse, they both removed my mask completely without asking or mentioning them doing so. The first stylist said that “it was alright because sometimes you have to get in there to cut it” after she removed it, while the other stylist did not say a word. This is EXTREMELY unsanitary practice!I have no idea what either of their names are as they did not introduce themselves, but DO NOT go to this location. They will pull down your mask, you will have two stylists (one to mess up your hair and the other to fix it), and they will give you random gendered versions of whatever you show them.After a while of fixing my hair, it turned out alright and a bit shorter than it was intended to be on the sides. Hopefully it grows out nicely.The only reason that I went to this location is because the other one that I used to go to shut down.
