I came in during a storm to get a haircut, as I sat in the chair the buildings power went out and Bridget (I hope I am remembering their name correctly) and another women I did not get the chance to get acquainted with continued to cut my hair and the hair of a boy to my left, although they were working in the dark. They were both extremely professional and courteous to both me and the boys mother, and even helped me figure out what I wanted to do with the cut. As soon as I got home I checked out my hair and she did an incredible job. I truly appreciate them both being so calm and professional throughout the process.

I got my hair thinned out today and it went really well! The lady who cut my hair was very friendly. I was skeptical because of the reviews, however, if you have long, thick hair that needs to be thinned out for a lower cost then a $40 haircut at a salon, I would recommend this place. Haircut

Me and my son have both gotten good haircuts here. I wanted to keep going. But yesterday while driving, I called to make an appointment and was told I had to use the app. So I tried (at a stoplight). But the app wasn’t working — I don’t know why. So I called back, because I was literally driving to the barbershop at that point and wanted my name put in. The guy I talked to — who claimed to be the assistant manager — was astonishingly unhelpful. He acted like I was lying to him about the app not working and trying to get him to cheat somehow. I said all I wanted was his help so I could come be a patron and he said that he could not help me because store policy was to not take phone reservations. I won’t be going back here.

Checked my husband in online for a cut, that part was very convenient, but once we arrived my husband tried explaining what he wants, but barber just said that this cannot be done and that noone does shorter sides and longer hair on top.

My two kids (15 years, nine years) & Ihave been using this for the last eight years, and my ratingwas 5 starsUntil our last visit on 10/10/2021.Seems like new ladies taken over the branch. Pretty bad experience. My younger son went for cutting, while my elder son and I were waiting. I noticed that she was unclear on the chit she printed (which has some info about the hair cutting style, blade number, etc.), so I explained briefly what kind of cutting we were expecting and confirmed that she got it correctly. Within less than 2 mins, she used size 2 all over the head, except part of the top.I requested her if she could adjust the remaining hair to balance it out. She literallyasked us to get out, commenting she has been in this profession for many years. I quickly realized that getting into an argument with this lady was a waste of everything. We quietly came out. My son was crying with his hair. horribleexperience.
