Great Clips

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI have been to great clips many times, and this is by far the worst. I decided to use a new great clips after I didn’t have a good experience at the one in Waxhaw, so I decided to use this one. I go in there they ask me to use a mask which I did, then I get a seat. The lady was very rude in sitting me down, I ask for 2 inches on the side, and 1 off the top. I get my phone out then she immediately says “keep your head up.” This is not a way you treat your customers especially in the manner she was talking to me in. So then she goes away cutting, and it felt reckless she was just cutting like she didn’t know what she was doing. Before I came I had pretty long hair, I ended up with about 3 inches off the top, and 1 on the sides. Also I ended up with hair in my mask, so if you are asking me to wear a mask don’t get hair in it. Ended up with hair down the back of my shirt, on my arms, and all over my face . I have been to great clips many times, and this is by far the worst. I decided to use a new great clips after I didn’t have a good experience at the one in Waxhaw, so I decided to use this one. When I had 5 minutes left before my appointment, I walked to the door I was told that appointments are actually first come first serve and the online check in process doesn’t actually reserve you a time. I was told it would be another 45 min – 1 hour because while I was waiting my my car others had “walked-in” Many people were outside waiting just like myself in their car after checking in online. Unbeknownst to them or myself and due to this location’s first come – first serve policy we were all waiting for nothing. This location should close if it plans to operate this way. Why have a check in process online at all? They wasted an hour of my time as well as several others. When I had 5 minutes left before my appointment, I walked to the door I was told that appointments are actually first come first serve and the online check in process doesn’t actually reserve you a time. I was told it would be another 45 min – 1 hour because while I was waiting my my car others had “walked-in” Many people were outside waiting just like myself in their car after checking in online.
