Critical: ProfessionalismI signed in online, arrived 1 hour later, went in and was told I would be next. Josie called another gentleman before me (which is okay) so when the gentleman told her I was before him she got an attitude about it and acted like it inconvenienced her. She was very rough when combing my hair and even pulled on my ears multiple times. I asked for a TRIM (Specifically 1- 1/2 inches) 2- 1/2 inches later in the back and about 5 in the front. She does this to my hair!! So, thank you Josie for screwing my hair up royally. 3 more inches being cut off later, my hair is fixed by someone else! Thought this time it would be different, but nope. Worst haircut from this place as ever. Went in to just get layers, ended up having almost no hair. Took me forever to grow my hair but they chopped it all offal if it was nothing. Had my hair past my shoulders and now it’s barely past my ears. Worst place ever for a haircut. Haircut

2⭐ because the cut wasnt what I asked for , although, it is similar. It’s so choppy and the layers were terrible. All layers stopped at my ears for some reason. It looked ok while I was in there. HOWEVER, at the same time i was getting my haircut, they were only with half of working power because they were upgrading the lights.. ♀️
