Used numerous times in the past, but things changed. Promised 12 check-in, told to come early at 11:52 am, so we did. We were told next up. At 12:06 you take someone, who was there an hour earlier and walked in. My son was going back to college and I mentioned time constraints to no avail. We left and I told them bad management and bad business. Never to patronize again.

What an absolute rip off !!! I wanted to get my daughters hair done before she we went for an audition thinking the blow out bars were kinda overpriced and it was a Sunday I thought I would just bring her to great clips. They charged me $55 just to throw some curls in her hair . The lady didn’t even know how to part her hair and the curls were horrible . She had shoulder length hair and she charged us for long . I will never be back here should have just done her hair myself . This lady obviously has no training what so ever !!!

Was able to check in online, track how long until it should be my turn, and was able to arrive on time and get my hair cut as soon as I walked in the door to sign in. Got a great haircut and had a nice conversation with the stylist. Prices are a little bit cheaper than Sport Clips.

What an extremely rushed haircut. I understand it’s very cheap to get a haircut here, but service was very rushed and little attention was given to detail. I know that they get very busy, but it’s very clear that they want to be done quickly and move on to the next customer ASAP. My haircut was uneven and messy.
